Clemente Football Team vs Clark High School

football_gameClemente took a beating Saturday in a 52-16 loss against Clark High School. Not only did Clark’s motion offense proved to be too much for the Wildcat’s defense, but Clemente’s starting quarterback, Richard Labon, had to sit out for the first quarter. Even under the guidance of quarterback Zion Davis, the Wildcats offense could not find a scoring rhythm.

After the game, heads were hung low after the loss. Coach Naugle gathered the gathered the team for his post-game speech where he reminded them, “Hold your heads up high fellas. We played our hearts out and left it all on the field. Tomorrow is another day.”

All hope is not lost this season as the Wildcats take on Orr, our conference rival, this Saturday, at 2:30 pm at Orr’s stadium. Please come out and support your Wildcat football team! GO WILDCATS!

CLEMENTE IS A COMPETENCY BASED EDUCATION SCHOOL
