The School's Registrar's office only has access to records for the last 10 academic school years. Previous years are maintained by the Chicago Public Schools Student Records Services.
To obtain transcripts for students who attended/graduated in the school years between of 1949-1950 through ten years from the current school year, please click here to download the CPS form, fill it out and fax it to (773) 535-5894.
