Boys Basketball Season Preview

The Roberto Clemente Community Academy Boys Basketball team is excited to begin the season. After a successful season last year, the Clemente Boys Basketball team is returning with 5 of its top 6 players. With most teams in the conference losing players, the Wildcats are looking to win their first conference title in three years.

Coming off of the football season, Joe Rhymes and Richard Labon hope to continue their positive impact on Clemente athletics. Junior, Teshawn Stokes is set up to be a leader this year and will continue with his contributions of scoring and rebounding on the court.

Juniors, Charvale Bass, Dakota White, and Joe Hernandez hope to step up this year. They have been apart of the basketball program for 3 years and are hoping to finally make their mark at the varsity level.

The Wildcats open their season with the Clemente Classic starting on November 21st. They will play Alcott, Austin, and Rauner, and will hopefully play for the tournament championship on November 26th.
