There is currently a Community Representative vacancy on the Roberto Clemente Community Academy Local School Council. We are actively seeking to fill this vacancy with an eligible candidate during the next Local School Council meeting which will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 @ 7:00 p.m. in the Media Center.
In order to be a Community Representative, one must:
• Reside in the attendance area or voting district of the school
• Not be a parent or legal guardian of a child currently enrolled at that school; and
• Not be employed by the Chicago Board of Education
If you are interested in applying for the position and joining our Local School Council, please fill out the application found here and return it to either Delia Pantoja in the Attendance Office or Dolores Toolis in the Main Office at least 3 days prior to the meeting to ensure all required documentation has been submitted properly. Each candidate should also be prepared to attend our next LSC meeting on Wednesday, October 28th @ 7:00 p.m. and be willing to discuss how they will positively contribute to our work at Clemente as a Community Representative on the LSC.
